Today marks the official establishment of the Principality of Ruhnu as a micronation with a semi-constitutional monarchy structure. Björke Lindström has been proclaimed as H.R.H. Prince Björke I, becoming the ceremonial head of the micronation.

The official flag of the Principality has been adopted, featuring a Nordic cross design with a blue background and yellow cross with black borders.
